The District of Columbia Department of General Services, on behalf of the District of Columbia Public Schools, is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals from offerors interested in serving as the design-builder for the renovation of portions of the lower level of Lafayette Elementary School located at 5701 Broad Branch Road in the Northwest quadrant of Washington, D.C. (the "Project"). Lafayette Elementary School "(Lafayette ES") is a public elementary school serving students from Pre-K through 5th grade. The school is currently over utilized. The project will renovate roughly 6,200 square feet of unfinished interior space to create three classrooms and two small group/resource rooms to be completed and ready for school year 2020-2021.
