The District of Columbia, Department of General Services ("DGS/Department"), requires Vehicle and Equipment tracking and monitoring services for Fiscal Year 18. Inventory tracking and monitoring is required in several Divisions within DGS. The estimated fair and reasonable price is $94.150.00. In order to maintain the Mayor's order 2009-210, DGS needs uninterrupted vehicle and equipment tracking. DOS has been using a Geotab product that is integrated with Chevin software for real time vehicle and equipment tracking. Assured Telematics Inc. is providing DGS with Geotab/Chevin devices that not only tracks inventory but reports history and movement. Disruption of this service would be costly to DGS. Assured Telematics is the only Contractor capable of providing Geotab devices that are integrated with Chevin.
