The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf of Facilities Management Division (“FMD”), has an immediate need for the current Contractor, JDC Construction Co, LLC (“JDC” or “Contractor”) to continue providing Consolidated Maintenance Services at the Department of Motor Vehicles (“DMV”) for an additional period of up-to four (4)-months and twenty-four (24)-days, through 31-May-2021 and until the Department awards a new contract. This additional four (4)-month and twenty-four (24)-day extension will assure the avoidance of any disruption to critical facility operation services during the impending period while a new solicitation for these services is procured following significant scope changes.
