The Department of General Services ("DGS" or the "Department"), on behalf of Facilities Management Division ("FMD"), has an immediate need for the current Contractor, Sustainable Facilities Management Services ("SFMS" or "Contractor") to continue providing Consolidated Maintenance Services at Frank W. Ballou Senior High School ("Ballou") for an additional period of up-to nine (9)-months and nine (9)-days, through 31-December-2020 and until the Department awards of a new contract. This additional nine (9)-month and nine (9)-day extension will assure the avoidance of any disruption to critical facility operation services during the impending period while a new solicitation for these services is procured following significant scope changes.
