Recent enhancements to the DGS Public Work Order Dashboard feature:

- Interactive Real-Time Analytics: Users can access dynamic, real-time performance analytics with comprehensive drill-down options for deeper insights.
- Historical and Current Data: Access to a range of work order data spanning from Fiscal Year 2022 through the current Fiscal Year 2025.
These upgrades are part of DGS’s continuous effort to foster greater transparency, improved data accessibility, and precise insights into facility management performance. Regular weekly updates keep all users, including District residents, facility visitors, and stakeholders, accurately informed of repair and maintenance activities, timelines, and service improvements.
