Filing a Complaint draft web page

Vendors can discuss unresolved concerns with the DGS Ombudsman -  You (or your representative) can request a confidential dialog with the DGS Ombudsman to discuss concerns with the procurement process, delayed payments or request  a review of a market violation notice if you believe there are extenuating circumstances that should be considered and remain unresolved. The complaint should be filed within 30 days of receiving a Market Violation Notice (MVN).

 Email or Send a Letter Describing Your Complaint
 Complete the complaint form (Download Complaint Form) compose a letter with pertinent information about the complaint and then mail or email it back to the Ombudsman to:
