Project Description:  

The project is to resolve several issues found in the building internally and externally. A design team will study the Building's HVAC and selective life safety system and recommend them to be replaced/upgraded accordingly. The design team will also investigate and design a resolution for Water leaks found at window wells on 14th st. and D st. New LED lights will replace existing and outdated lighting on Penn Ave. and windows throughout the entire building will be inspected and replaced with HPO approved ones that resolve the current water leak, air draft and heat insulation problem.
