13,000 SF base building ground up new construction of the Ward 8 Senior Wellness center where seniors will be able to congregate for recreation and general well-being. Construction of the new space will be within the grounds of the existing Kramer Middle School Parking lot with support spaces that promote senior wellness activities such as a Gym, meeting rooms, educational space and Therapeutic Pool.
