The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS” or “Department”) is seeking to engage an architect/engineer (“A/E”) to provide design services for the interior and exterior renovation, HVAC upgrade, and site improvement of the existing #4 DC Village Warehouse, located at #4 DC Village Lane, SW, Washington, DC 20032; the #4 DC Village Warehouse also serves as a central repository for bulk items for short term and long term storage needs (the “Project”).
