The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) on behalf of the District Department of Parks and Recreation (“DPR”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage a Contractor (“Contractor”) to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR” or “Contractor”) for the construction of a new Anacostia Recreation Center at Ketcham, located at 1929 15th Street, SE Construction Washington, DC 20020 (the “ARC” or the “Project”).
