The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), on behalf of the District Department of Parks and Recreation (“DPR”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage a contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (the “CMAR” or the “Contractor”) for the modernization of the Crummell Community Center (the “Project”), located at 1900 Gallaudet Street NE, Washington, DC 20002.
