DCAM-24-CS-IFB-0005 - FEMS Engine Houses - Various Generator Replacement Projects

The District of Columbia (the “District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB” or “Solicitation”) to engage a highly qualified design-build contractor (the “Contractor”) to develop any and all necessary Permit Drawings and Cost Estimates and to provide the Furnish & Installation of a Generator system and Automatic Transfer Switch (“ATS”) system (the “Project”) in accordance with the IFB.The Contractor’s architect/engineer (“Architect/Engineer” or “A/E”) should be a firm licensed to perform work in the District. The Project is located at the various Engine Houses in Washington, DC.
