The District of Columbia (DC) Department of General Services ("Department" or "DGS") is issuing this Request for Proposals to engage one (1) Contractor ("Contractor") to provide Consolidated Maintenance Services, including the management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided) to ensure effective performance of Operations, Maintenance and Repair (OM&R) services at the Francis L. Cardozo High School, located at 1200 Clifton Street NW, Washington DC 20009 for a base year and four (4) additional one (1) year option periods.
