The Government of the District of Columbia, Department of General Services (“District” and or “DGS”) is seeking a Contractor to provide Consolidated Maintenance Services including the management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided) to ensure effective performance of Operations, Maintenance and Repair (OM&R) services at the Consolidated Forensic Laboratory (CFL) located at 401 E Street, SW, Washington DC 20024 as described in Section J.11 Building Information. The Contractor shall provide Basic Services as described in Sections C.3.1 – C.3.19 and Reimbursable Services as described in Section C.3.20 to ensure that the CFL is maintained as a clean, comfortable, and operable facility for the District’s workforce and the public at all times.
