The District of Columbia Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), on behalf of the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (“DYRS”), is issuing this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) to procure the construction services of a qualified contractor to provide all supervision, labor, material, tools and equipment, and other services necessary to perform the renovation work for the existing three New Beginnings buildings of the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (“DYRSNB”), located at 8400 River Road, Laurel Maryland 20742.
