DCAM-21-CS-RFP-0001-DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES FOR DDOT W STREET NE YARD IMPROVEMENTS

The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) is soliciting a Design-Builder to design and build/upgrade the W Street NE Field Office Facility.This includes design and construction/installation of a new prefab modular structure office building to replace the current seven trailer units to provide offices and support spaces for employees of the Department of Transportation (“DDOT”). The major goals for this project are to upgrade and improve the functions of the programmed and service spaces, revitalize areas that may be better utilized and enhance the operational function of the site (the “Project”).
