Sole Source Procurement - Architectural/Engineering Services for Renovation of the Public Safety Communications Center (PSCC) of the Office of Unified Communications (OUC)

 The Department of General Services (“DGS”) has an immediate need to engage the services of Alphatec, PC to provide architectural and engineering services (Title I and Title II services) for extending the Architectural Space Planning and Build-Out Upgrades and General Renovations at the Public Safety Communication Center (“PSCC”) for the Office of Unified Communications (“OUC”), located at 310 McMillan Drive N.W., Washington DC to include: a) the building wide bathroom renovation and ADA compliance; and b) the roof mounted antenna reconfiguration and power/communications upgrades.
