Sole Source Procurement - On-Call Janitorial Services

The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf of the Facilities Management Division (“FMD”), has an immediate need for the current Contractors to continue providing on-call, as needed janitorial services, and housekeeping related services for an additional period of up-to three (3)-months, through 31-December-2022 or until the Department awards a new contract. This additional three (3)-month extension will ensure the avoidance of any disruption to critical facility operations and service needs during the impending period.
