The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS”, “District” or “Department”), on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Department (“MPD”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit the services of an Architectural/Engineering (“A/E”) firm to provide professional design services for the MPD 7th District Headquarters New Facility (“Headquarters”) and New Parking Structure, located at 2455 Alabama Avenue, SE, Washington, DC (the “Project”).
