The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), Division of Contracts and Procurement, collectively the “District”, issues this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to engage multiple Small Business Enterprise (“SBE”) firms to provide on an as-needed basis HVAC filters, HEPA filters, HVAC and Boiler supplies, materials & equipment to support operational needs for the Boiler Plant Operations Division (“BPO”).
