New playground area including, but not limited to, playground equipment for both 2-5 and 5-12 age groups, preserving existing mature trees on site as applicable, ADA accessibility to playground and site amenities, DPR standard amenities including but not limited to picnic tables,bike racks, signage, trash and recycling receptacles, landscape plantings throughout park, open area to maintain snow sledding in winter.
