Carolina Park Renovation Project

Project Overview

New playground area including, but not limited to, playground equipment for both 2-5 and 5-12 age groups, preserving existing mature trees on site as applicable, ADA accessibility to playground and site amenities, solar lighting, provide locations and quantities for DPR standard amenities including but not limited to picnic tables, game tables, water fountains, bike racks, grills, shed structures, signage, trash and recycling receptacles, storm-water management, landscape plantings throughout park, open area to maintain snow sledding in winter. Alternate pricing for including in the BOD the following; climbing structures, Zip-line structures. Access to the park should be considered from Manning Place NW, Macomb Street NW and any public right of way.
