Project Description:

The project scope includes the planning, design, and construction of a new corrections facility. The first phase will be the planning of the facility. This will include confirmation of the Department of Corrections Mission for the new facility. This will include revisiting legislation, community engagement, program development and pre-design services. Following the planning phase will be design. During this phase we will use all the information gathered during the planning phase to create construction documents for the new facility. Next is construction. Taking the plans and specs and constructing a new facility.
