DGS-SE procures and manages waste hauling services for all District agencies under the purview of the Executive Office of the Mayor, as well as select independent agencies such as the DC Public Library. DGS-SE continuously updates waste hauling schedules to right-size services, reduce costs, and accommodate modernization projects and agency needs.
