The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("DGS" or the "Department") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to engage a design firm to serve as the Architect/Engineer (the "A/E") to provide a full range of architectural and engineering services for the construction of a new outdoor fitness center at Oxon Run Park located between 4100 block of Livingston Road SE (the "Project"). The selected A/E will be required to provide a full range of architectural and engineering services necessary to construct a new outdoor fitness center at Oxon Run Park located at Atlantic street SE and Livingston Road SE.
