Tiwana Hicks is the current Associate Director of the Portfolio Management Division for the Department of General Services (DGS) and ensures all District of Columbia employees have a safe space to effectively serve residents.
For the past twelve years, Wanda Jones has been delivering great value and guidance to District Government client agencies regarding financial resources and advice to agency senior and executive management helping them plan ahead for short-term needs and long term goals.
