The Government of the District of Columbia (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) seeks to engage a Small Business Enterprise (“SBE”) firm, certified by the D.C. Department of Small & Local Business Development (“DSLBD”) as a SBE (the “Contractor”), to provide parking garage management services (“Parking Management Services”), as described herein, at the St. Elizabeth East Campus Parking Garage (the “St. Elizabeth’s Parking Garage”) located at the intersection of Cypress Street SE and the temporary 13th Street SE. The garage contains approximately 750 parking spaces on seven (7) levels with two (2) levels below entry level off of 13th Street and five (5) levels above. The Parking Management Services to be performed hereunder by the Contractor shall consist of parking garage operations and management, revenue collections/accounting, and maintenance services.
