Emergency Procurement - Emergency Stormwater Management System Maintenance Services at Friendship Recreation Center “Turtle Park”

The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS”) has an immediate and  critical need for JL Terrell Construction, LLC to provide emergency stormwater management system maintenance services at Friendship Recreation Center (“Turtle Park”). These services are necessary to address urgent drainage issues and prevent further site degradation due to seasonal weather conditions.
