The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS” or “Department”) is seeking to engage an architect/engineer (“A/E”) to provide design services to improve the functionality of the Reeves Municipal Center located at 2000 14th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20009. The services include a comprehensive survey of the patio area, selective demolition, and reconstruction design for the patio; design of interior doors; design of loading dock including the loading dock doors; all skylight reseal in the vestibule area; and replacement design of existing boilers and all associate works; a development of all necessary project document incorporating all parts of the project work, and submit and procure all necessary permits, including building permits (the “Project”).
