Sole Source Procurement-New Boiler Plant-Design Architectural Advisory Services

The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), on behalf of the Department of Corrections (“DOC”), has an immediate need to engage the services of C.C. Johnson & Malhotra, P.C. (the “Contractor”) to provide design architectural advisory services at the Department of Corrections New Boiler Plant project located at 1901 D Street SE, Washington DC 20003.
