Sole Source Procurement - Maintenance Repair and Replacement of Garage, Roll-up, Overhead and Apparatus Bay Doors

The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), has a need to engage Alliance Material Handling, Inc, a Maryland-based company. This company will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing three overhead, roll-up, and apparatus bay doors manufactured by Electric Power Door Company. These doors are located at Fire & Emergency Medical Services (“FEMS”) Engine 24, located at 5101 Georgia Avenue, NW.
