Construction Updates:

  • Construction of the OSSE-DOT Facility is in full swing, we are currently working on the installation of the building’s structural steel. Vertical steel has been erected for the first, second and third floors. Structural steel facia connection work is expected to begin the week of 12/11. First and second floor concrete deck pours are complete. Third floor metal deck installation and welding continues and the third floor concrete deck pour is expected 12/18. Steel supports for stairways are in process. Concrete block (CMU) installation and electrical rough-ins continue. The concrete pour for the entry ramp is complete. As a result of a discovered stream at the rear of the property, there may be up to a 25'-0" setback from stream bank. This has eliminated some parking. We currently expect at least 201 available parking spaces. Updated site plans to account for the stream are under permit review by DOEE and DOB. The slope stability design to accommodate the new MSE wall foundations has been submitted to the contractor for pricing and procurement.
