The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage one or more contractors to perform compliance monitoring consultant Services (“CMC”, “CMC Services” or “Services”) for a various contracts awarded in support of the Davis-Bacon and related actions, certified business enterprise (CBE), the Apprenticeship Act and First Source Agreement workforce for District of Columbia public schools, parks and recreation facilities, and municipal facilities. The contractor(s) selected under this procurement shall be required to provide compliance monitoring consultant Services for contracts awarded in the following Groups identified in Section J, Attachment J1 – List of Contract Groups. The awarded Contractors shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, vehicles, and labor necessary to successfully perform CMC Services as required for a base year and three (3) one (1) year option periods.
