The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) on behalf of the District Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage a contractor (“CMAR” or “Contractor”) to provide construction management at-risk services for the renovation and modernization of the Stead Park Recreation Center (“Project”), located at 1625 P Street NW, Washington, DC. The purpose of this RFP is to determine which Offeror will be awarded the construction management at-risk contract (“Agreement” or “Contract”) for the Project.
