The District of Columbia, Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking a Contractor to provide Consolidated Maintenance Services including the management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided) to ensure effective performance of Operations, Maintenance and Repair (OM&R) services at Duke Ellington School of the Arts, located at 3500 R Street, NW, Washington DC 20007, for a base year and four (4) additional 1-year option periods.

This procurement is set-aside in the Sheltered Market Procurement and only Certified Business Enterprises (CBEs) that are certified by the District's Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) at the time of submission are eligible to participate. The Offeror shall submit with its proposal its CBE certification letter issued by DSLBD. The District contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract with a cost reimbursement component.
