The District of Columbia Government Department of General Services (DGS), on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the Hill East Phase II 72 Inch Sewer Relocation and Infrastructure Improvements Project (Project) in accordance with Section C, the Released for Construction Contract Plans 72” Sewer Relocation (Attachment J.1.1), DDOT Standard Specifications for Highways and Structures, 2013 (Gold Book) (Attachment J.1.2), DDOT Standard Drawings -2015 (Attachment J.1.3), DC Water Standard Specification (Attachment J.1.4), Project Special Provisions (Attachment J.1.5) and other associated attachments listed in Section J.1.
