The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services ("DGS" or the "Department"), Division of Contracts and Procurement (collectively the "District") is issuing this Invitation for Bids ("IFB") to engage multiple contractor(s) ("Contractor(s)") to provide On­ Call Facility Maintenance and Repair Services to various District owned or operated facilities.
