As the implementation agency for all District owned and managed facilities, the Department of General Services (DGS) takes proactive steps to fortify our Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and internal air filtration systems for the safety and well-being of District residents.
The Department of General Services (DGS) requires a modern, cloud-based Records Management System (RMS) to support its public safety operations. The system must provide comprehensive functionality for incident reporting, case management, data analytics, and compliance with federal and local law enforcement standards, including Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) requirements.
