The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), Division of Contracts and Procurement, collectively the “District”, is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to two (2) licenses and Certified Small Business Enterprise (“SBE”) Security Agent Firms to provide Armed/Unarmed Security Guard Personnel Services Asset Classes A & B identified as follows: (A) Parks and Recreation and (B) Public Education (DOES and OSSE).
