Project Overview:
This project will consist of the demolition of the existing community center building and construction of a new, larger, recreation center with a rooftop urban farm. The site will be renovated with new ADA accessible routes, new playgrounds and equipment, addition of a splash pad water feature, walking trail and a new grass athletic field. Project will also include a full-sized gymnasium. This will be a LEED Silver project.
