The Department of General Services (the "Department"  or "DGS") issues this Request fo1 Proposals ("RFP") to solicit design-build proposals  ("Proposal(s)") from offerors or bidders ("Offeror(s)") interested in contracting to serve as the design-builder ("Design-Builder") for the Ward  1 Short  Term  Family  Housing  (STFH)  Facility,  located  at  2500  14th Street NW Washington DC.
