The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("Department" or "DGS"), Contracts & Procurement Division is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to engage one or more Contractors to provide Storm Water Runoff Management Services at various District of Columbia facilities under the jurisdiction of DGS. The Contractor shall provide the required services in accordance with Section B Scope of Work.
