The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) requires the continued engagement of the incumbent Contractor to provide inspection, maintenance, and repair services for fire alarm systems and related apparatus across a wide range of District-owned and -operated facilities. These include, but are not limited to, District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), Fire and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS) stations, Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) facilities, municipal government buildings, senior wellness centers, and parks and recreation centers. These services are essential to ensuring the operational integrity of life safety systems, maintaining safe and functional environments, and safeguarding the health and welfare of students, first responders, government personnel, and the general public.
