The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS” or “Department”), on behalf of the District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Medical Services (“DCFEMS”) and the Metropolitan Police Department (“MPD”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit the services of an architectural/engineering firm (the “A/E”) to assist DGS in updated programming, design, cost estimates, and construction drawings and specifications for the new DCFEMS/MPD Training Academy Facility.
