The District of Columbia ("District") Department of General Services ("DGS" or "Department"), on behalf of the District of Columbia Public Schools ("DCPS"), is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to engage a design firm to serve as the Architect/Engineer ("A/E") for the modernization of Capitol Hill Montessori at Logan School ("Project").
