The District of Columbia (DC) Department of General Services ("Department" or "DGS") is charged with maintaining clean, safe, and pest-free areas in and around certain District of Columbia public facilities. The Department is issuing this Request for Proposals to engage multiple firms (each, a "Contractor") to perform Citywide Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Services at various District facilities to control pest populations with the least amount of risk to people and the environment.
