The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) has an immediate need to engage the services of Spacesaver Corporation (the “Contractor) to upgrade the existing automated shelving system manufactured and installed by Spacesaver Corporation in 1989 in the Office of Public Records (“OPR”) DC Archives at 1300 Naylor Court NW, Washington, DC 20001. The minimum requirement includes the upgrade of all the existing electronic automated shelving system for the DC Archives facility to the Eclipse Technology to restore the system to full functionality.
