The District of Columbia Government, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), has a need to engage the services of RSD Security Scanners, LLC (the “Contractor”) to provide Body Orifice Security Scanner II (“BOSS II”) Security Scanning Chairs, maintenance, repairs, and training services that are essential for daily operations at the Metropolitan Police Department (“MPD”).
