The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), has an immediate and critical need to retain Spectrum Management LLC (the “Contractor”) to provide uninterrupted Consolidated Maintenance & Operations Services for the Marion S. Barry Jr. Building (the “Facility”). The services are required for a 12‑month period to ensure continued building functionality, life safety, tenant support, and operational continuity across all building systems.
