(WASHINGTON, DC) – Today, in recognition of Earth Day, the DC Department of General Services (DGS) announced the District government’s first-ever Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC). DGS in partnership with its ESPC advisor NV5 awarded this contract to CMTA, an Energy Services Company (ESCO).

Event Description: With the passage of the Public Facilities Environmental Safety Amendment Act of 2020, DGS has expanded its frequency and scope of testing for environmental risks. This is the fifteenth meeting in a series of monthly meetings to discuss actionable environmental safety testing results and remediation activity at District public buildings. This meeting will provide an overview of our testing process and details about activities at specific locations. You can join the meeting by registering and using the link provided.
